- Invoices and payments
All payments for courses must be made following receipt of an invoice
Full payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date.
The cost includes all course materials
You may not change, copy, reproduce, republish, upload or distribute in any way any part of the course.
You cannot keep the course. It is not yours to sell or reproduce in any way
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to contact@thehousingtrainer.co.uk and will be acknowledged by The Housing Trainer. The cancellation must be made by the person who made the original booking
- If a cancellation is made 28 calendar days or more prior to the event, no charge will be incurred
- If a cancellation is made 15-27 calendar days prior to the event, then you will be charged 50% of the course cost.
- If a cancellation is made within 14 calendar days of the training course, then the full cost of the course will still be charged.
There is no refund for non-attendance, but delegates may be substituted at any time.
These terms will apply, whether you book on-line, by telephone or by email
Cancellation by ‘The Housing Trainer’
The Housing Trainer reserves the right to cancel the date or course at any time
If ‘The Housing Trainer’ cancels for any reason, any monies that has already been paid will be reimbursed in full or the payment can be transferred in full to another course or date
